| Summary Note |
The year 1971 has barely just begun and our heroes are still reeling from the events of the past year. Any hope of remaining on light duties has vanished and the team find themselves right back in the thick of it. The team looks set to face the greatest challenges of their careers as they each take on dramatic personal events as well as suspected IRA retaliations, cabbie assaults, and the most peculiar of crimes involving a college don. But, as Endeavour shows signs of a struggle with his inner demons, the team wonder if Endeavour is beyond the point of no return. |
